Africa Regent Conditions of Cancellation
1. Cancellation penalties apply as follows:-
Deposits will be forfeited for cancellation as follows: 14 to 21 days, 50% forfeiture.
Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking
and processing charges.
Refunds in the case of cancellation: Any cancellations made, in terms of these standard trading conditions shall be subject to the following
deductions and administrative charges: Refunds to credit cards: the relevant cancellation fee, less a 6% credit card surcharge and a 5% administrative charge.
Direct
bank deposits: the relevant cancellation fee, less actual bank charges debited by Africa Regent's bankers, less 5% administrative charge.
Forex transfers: the
relevant cancellation fee, less actual bank charges debited by Africa Regent's bankers, less a 5% administrative charge.
2. No shows', guests reducing their length of stay after arrival and cancellations 7 day or less before arrival or on the day of arrival will be charged for the for the full reservation period.
