Cultural Tour of Durban and a Local Township (Pick up & Drop off)

From apartheid to the Rainbow Nation. A drive and walk tour that takes you of the tourist track into the soul of the city. Visit the Zulu and Indian Market, Apartheid Museum, City Hall and the Point Waterfront. Golden beaches, stunning viewpoints and more. As we head on the community guide will lead us through each area and the development of Cato Manor. You will visit shackland and a community centre as we are treated to a Zulu meal in a very hospitable and social community.

2. Face to face with the people

Valley of a Thousand Hills (Pick up and Drop off)

Experience a living Zulu village culture, escorted by a community-based Zulu guide. Visit the traditional healer, meet the locals, marriage understanding, Zulu dancing, sometimes help build a house, traditional meal (usually vegetarian). Visit a beadwork market.

3. One Day Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Park

(Pick up & Drop off)

Take a safari to the oldest game park (96000 ha) in Africa for a day game viewing. This park is world renowned for its conservation and concentration of Rhino. In excess of 80 species of mammals and 300 species of birds abound this park. An endless array of Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope and Monkeys as well as unique natural habitat. Take tie opportunity to view the big five (Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and the elusive Lion and Cheetah).
